Tickets now on sale for Hall of Fame Induction Gala Honouring Class of 2020 and 2021

Tickets are now available for the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame Induction Gala to be held at the Mississauga Convention Center the evening of Wednesday, August 3, 2022, when the Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021 Inductees will be officially enshrined as honoured members.

Class of 2020 Inductees:  Amour Angus – Standardbred Female Horse, Gary Boulanger – Jockey, Mike Keogh – Thoroughbred Trainer,Sue Leslie – Thoroughbred Builder, Paul MacDonell – Standardbred Driver, McWicked – Standardbred Male Horse, Play the King – Thoroughbred Veteran Horse, Rambling Willie– Standardbred Veteran Horse, Tepin – Thoroughbred Female Horse, Benjamin Wallace – Standardbred Trainer, Man o’War – Legend Honouree

Class of 2021 Inductees:  Jim Bullock – Standardbred Builder, Great Memories – Standardbred Female Horse, Heart To Heart – Thoroughbred Male Horse, Not Too Shy – Thoroughbred Veteran Horse, Vicki Pappas –Thoroughbred Builder, Randall Waples – Standardbred Driver

The Gala event will feature a cocktail reception, a fantastic lineup of silent and live auction items and a gourmet four-course dinner with wine.  The reception and silent auction will commence at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, live auction and the induction ceremonies at 6:30 p.m. 

Tables for 8 guests, plus a $400 donation to the CHRHF can be purchased for $2,000 and include a $1,000 charitable tax receipt. 

Individual tickets are available at the early bird price of $200 each until June 30th.    As of July 1, ticket prices increase to $225 per person, while quantities last.  All ticket prices include HST.

The live and silent auction will feature an impressive list of items including sporting event tickets, racing-related memorabilia, equine art and other fantastic surprises! Auction donations are welcomed and may be eligible for charitable tax receipts.  All proceeds from the auction will help the Hall of Fame continue to recognize the achievements of the best in Canadian horse racing and celebrate the history of the sport.
