Once again this year the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame will be participating in the Ontario Equestrian Federation Horse Day taking place Saturday, June 7th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Horse Palace at Exhibition Place in downtown Toronto. We invite you to join us at this free family event hosted by the Ontario Equestrian Federation (OEF) featuring a variety of riding and driving demonstrations, interactive exhibits, games, special guests and more, including representatives from the racing world, top harness drivers Jodi Jamieson and Bill Davis Jr.
There will also be a special Belmont Stakes celebration aisle to cheer on California Chrome including a special display that traces the Triple Crown hopeful to our own Northern Dancer.
Speaking of Northern Dancer, the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame will be offering for purchase a selection of special merchandise dedicated to celebrating the great Canadian Thoroughbred. The items include our “Celebrate 50 Years of Northern Dancer” souvenir calendars, as well as ball caps and coffee mugs.
