MAPPIN, Judith Winifred (nee Taylor)
Died peacefully on February 14, 2014 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, John N. Mappin, and by her son Hugh. Judy was the mother of John, Jefferson (Sally Reynolds), Jane (Nicholas Kasirer), and Charles Robert Franklin); and grandmother of Benjamin, Antonia and Olivia. She was the eldest daughter of the late Edward P. Taylor and the late Winifred Duguid, and the sister of the late Charles Taylor and the late Louise Edwards.
She will also be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law, Sheila Arthur and Noreen Taylor, by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins, by her dear friend Lesley Forrester, by her many wonderful caregivers, and by all her friends from her 31 years at The Double Hook Book Shop in Montreal.
